We make ciders that pair exceptionally well with pizza. You can, of course, drink our cider with any food, but pizza is on our minds when we work on new tap releases. Red Balloon Cider is located in our sister business Switchback Pizza, which is also our tap room. We make all our ciders in our micro cidery next to our restaurant. We have over 9 ciders on tap and serve Pennsylvania craft beers, cocktails, and PA-produced wine. We are an intentionally small cidery; we make cider for the cider lover and people new to cider altogether. Stop by and try a flight or enjoy a pint at Switchback Pizza in Emmaus, PA in the heart of the Lehigh Valley.

All our juice comes from Scholl’s orchard and we source local fruit for our fruit ciders
